A. AGENT POSITION:

1. Technical Support Representative – Earn up to 21K Monthly
Requirements: 
• Must have at least 1-year call center experience handling a Technical Support account
• Must be technically competent
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly motivated and should be flexible in terms of working in different shifts
• Ability to multitask and goal-oriented person
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• At least 2 years of a bachelor's degree in any course
• Package is dependent on relative experience

2. Outbound Sales Agent – Earn up to 18K Monthly
Requirements: 
• At least 2 years in college, required
• Must have 6 months to 1 year outbound sales experience
• Must have Excellent English Communication Skills
• Must have an assertive personality
• Must have high tolerance for stress
• Only Full-Time positions available

3. Customer Service Agent – GET HIRED IMMEDIATELY
Qualifications: 
• At least 2 years of a bachelor's degree in any course

1.    SEO/Online Marketing Specialist (DAYSHIFT)
• We are hiring SEO specialists ranging from Junior SEO specialists to SEO Directors with salaries ranging from 11,000 PHP to 100,000 PHP depending on your qualifications and experience.
Job Description: 
• We are looking for motivated candidates with all SEO skill levels to join our Australian client’s (Dayshift) rapidly growing Online Marketing Team.
• All candidates must possess at a minimum a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology.
• If you are a junior specialist, you will use your technical knowledge and your interest in the internet to develop a career in our client’s Online Marketing team.
• You will be provided with on-the-job training as needed to turn your interests (in the internet and IT) into becoming an Online Marketing and SEO specialist.

• If you are an experienced search engine optimizer, you will use your existing skills and knowledge to improve our clients' Online Marketing rankings for their customers

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Computer Engineering
• At least 1 year of working experience with computer science, programming or link building/search engine optimization projects. More experience required for more senior roles
• Basic understanding of search optimization in Google and other search engines.

Responsibilities:
• Work with our Online Marketing Team to promote our customers' websites in the search engines Google.com and Google.com.au
• Improve your knowledge of search engine optimization and other online marketing techniques ‘on the job’
• Will do market and keyword research as well as conduct competitive and comparative analyses on site structure, keyword density, and content & link popularity
• Research and evaluate our customers competitors’ search marketing efforts and results
• Work on multiple projects independently whilst working in a strong team environment
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data from web analytic programs and translate them into an SEO plan
• Complete social media optimization for various campaigns

2.    SEO (Australian Campaign - DAYSHIFT)
Qualifications:
• 2+ years minimum experience with SEO
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of web analytics
• Ability to make intuitive and thoughtful decisions
• Strong presentation, writing and research skills.
• Ability to think out of the box and find creative, unorthodox solutions when needed
• Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
• Other skills for online marketing (Social Media, Email, Affiliate, Article and PPC) are a plus
• Proven ability to achieve first-page search engine rankings
• In-depth knowledge in off-page/on-page optimization
• WordPress experience is a plus
• SEO work portfolio is needed

3.    Copywriters
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mass Communications, English, Journalism, Languages, Communications Arts or Marketing OR has at least 3 years of experience as an English language copywriter or journalist
• Passion for writing on a variety of topics and in a variety of formats
• Fluent in written English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Have strong organizational skills, lateral thinking and be a fast learner
• Good communication skills and proficient in multi-tasking multiple projects
• Work well under pressure and within strict deadlines
• Previous experience writing for Australian, British or American clients is an asset but not a requirement
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• Willing to start ASAP

Responsibilities:
• Write press releases, articles, blog articles and website copy in a variety of industries; including hospitality, confectionaries, professional services, healthcare, finance and more!

4.    ASP.NET Developer Earn up to 50k Monthly
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in an object oriented development environment, with a computer science background
• 2+ years experience developing web applications using ASP.NET with SQL Server
• 2+ years experience database development, T-SQL and stored procedures
• The ability to review business requirements and architect an appropriate technical solution, and the ability to document these solutions
• Must be exceptional at coding valid CSS and HTML
• Experience developing AJAX applications
• Have a strong understanding and track record developing with Javascript and jQuery
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Open to fresh graduates with exposure on relevant applications

5.    Technical Support Representative (Helpdesk)- Earn Up to Php12000/month
Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support / problem resolution thru phone /chat.
• Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their computer systems, software applications and services.
• Provide technical support for level one escalation issues via helpdesk.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
• Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
• Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
• Experience with documenting procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical procedures as needed.
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Must have at least 6 months Call Center experience handling a Technical Support account, preferably with background in IT Products (specifically Hardware)

7.    PPC/Google AdWords/Online Marketing Specialist (Dayshift)
Responsibilities:
• We are looking for motivated candidates within all PPC skill levels to join our Australian client’s (Dayshift) rapidly growing Online Marketing Team.
• All candidates must possess at a minimum a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, and/or engineering and/or Information Technology.
• If you are junior, you will use your technical knowledge and your interest in the internet to develop a career in our client’s Online Marketing team.
• You will be provided with on the job training as needed to turn your interest in the internet and IT, into becoming an Online Marketing and PPC specialist.

If you are an experienced search engine optimizer you will use your existing skill and knowledge to improve our clients Online Marketing Teams rankings for their customers in Google.com and Google.com.au.
• Work with our existing Online Marketing team to promote our customers websites in the search engines Google.com and Google.com.au
• Improve your knowledge of Pay Per Click advertising and other online marketing techniques ‘on the job’
• Will build Google AdWords and other PPC campaigns from scratch including keyword research, advertisement copywriting, landing page optimization, and campaign maintenance.

Requirements:

8.    PHP Programmer
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year programming experience with PHP
• Proficient knowledge and experienced in PHP, Javascript, CSS and HTML
• Experienced in PHP Codelgniter framework is required
• Can work under pressure and with less supervision
• Can work well in a team
• Good analytical skills

9.    Quality Assurance Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for call quality monitoring and quality assurance
• Uploads and manages voice call recordings
• Uploads and manages voice call recordings
• Provides complete and accurate quality and productivity reports
• Consolidates and tracks production stats at a team and individual level
• Provides monitoring evaluation/s to agents thru team leads with recommendations, changes and /or enhancements to improve skills
• Coordinates with TLs, Managers and Trainers –
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions
- provides feedback and action plans to improve processes
• provides feedback and action plans to improve processes
• Helps in providing training, coaching, feedback and assistance to agents in making sure they understand new policies and procedures for quality
• Other tasks related to the aforementioned responsibilities may be assigned due to business needs.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Should have an in-depth knowledge in MS Office applications mainly MS Word and Excel.

10.    Japanese Speaking Representative
Requirements:
• Must have completed at least 2 years in college
• Must be fluent in Japanese (both oral and written)
• Must have basic computer knowledge – not just on being able to use applications such as Microsoft Office or an Internet Browser but actual knowledge on basic computer maintenance (i.e. Uninstalling and Installing a Program from Control Panel, Opening Task Manager)
• Must have strong sales skills and good communication skills – able to easily build rapport
• Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required

11.    Agent For Telco Campaign
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of a bachelor's degree in any course
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Telecommunication agent, required
• Must have excellent English communication and comprehension skills
• Highly motivated and should be flexible in terms of working in different shifts

12.    Webmaster
Responsibilities:
• Understand, optimize and expand our keyword list
• Create feature specification documents for changes to the website and other online projects
• Provide support for other areas online as needed
• Develop ad copy, landing pages, banner creative and other online marketing materials
• Tracking, flagging online
• Monitoring of SERP (Search Engine Result Page)

Requirements:
• Experienced in Web Design is an advantage
• Has knowledge and practical experience of HTML, XHTML and HTML 5, CSS 2 and CSS 3
• Creative and with keen eye for detail
• Willing to learn new web technologies
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Must have knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Flash and other applications for image enhancements and web design
• Creative, flexible and able to work well under pressure
• Must have a working knowledge of FTP programs

• Must have average communication skills both written and verbal
