One of Taking You Forward, Inc.’s primary focus is to enrich and treasure one of its most significant resources, its people. We strongly believe that without the people, there is no business. Through them, our company is enabled to grow and become an organization that commits itself to providing quality call center services to the global market.

To support our endeavor, we have established a division in our company that solely looks after our people’s welfare and development, besides our Human Resource Department.

Organizational Development | Public Relations Department takes care of our people, the employees. The department’s programs are aimed at employee retention and motivation, while maintaining the company’s good character.

The department’s main responsibility is to make sure that our people are happy and motivated to do more than what they normally do. It encourages our people to engage in all activities.

The OD/PR department determines the areas that need improvement in relation to the teams, leadership skills of supervisory and managerial positions, work environment culture, and employees’ individual and group performance.

The OD/PR department aims to hear from our company's members by gathering candid opinions about their view of the organization and experiences in working for the company. This aim is to be achieved by conducting company surveys and coming up with activities that will encourage our employees to join. Also, by using these methods, each employee will be more receptive to what the company has to offer for professional growth; each of the employees can be more perceptive in taking greater responsibility of their actions as members of our organization.

This new department will help our people in knowing the organization better and letting them value our company, thus encouraging employee retention.

OD/PR

Organizational Development | Public Relations will ensure that employees who stay with the company for a long period will greatly benefit from how the company values exemplary outputs, offers career advancement, promotes professionalism, and enhances proficiency and skills.

The OD/PR will encourage our people to give suggestions, voice out concerns, and share ideas so that the company can tap the creativity of its employees and easily resolve issues within the organization.

The OD/PR department is in charge of our Company’s Internal and External Events, Rewarding and Recognition of exemplary employees, and career development programs.

Also, they are the ones in charge of our company’s publicity programs and activities, as well as our company’s representation to the public.

The department’s main focus is to make our employees cheerful and engaged because we believe that if our people are happy at work, it won’t seem like they’re working at all!
